87 is 1.8x for the last few weeks, 1.86 yesterday. Closer towards the center of the city it gets over $2. I live right inside the city, so I can get suburban gas prices a few blocks away.

$2.40+ a gallon for 91 oct x 25 gallons every 240 miles (every 150-180 if I am towing). I can't even fill up on one swipe of the ATM card it stops at $50, and then I have to swipe again and put in another $10-$12. Even at $240.00+ a month for gas I can't justify buying another car that I would hate driving anyway. I wouldn't be able to buy anything decent, gas it up and insure it for less than what I pay for gas for the truck, so I just deal with it. What really hurts is filling the boat up for a weekend on the lake (45 gallon tank x $2.10 for 87 unleaded, $100 worth of gas will last for two days on the water + almost a whole tank ($60) of gas in the truck to make the 100 mile round trip).

Oh how bout this, you think gas is bad? a 1700 sqft 30yr old, fixer upper home around here is almost $500K!! Household income needs to be well over $100K a year to even be poor. California is really starting to SUCK.........

That's close to me, I live off Oswell in the Country Club. Flipper, I hear ya man, costs me 50+ to fill up, but then again, I only use Chevron, which is a bit more than AMPM/Fastrip gas. I think it was 2.20 last I filled up?

I paid $2.25 a gallon for premium the other day and I only get about 300 miles out of a full tank, it really sucks.
