wow, i guess my issues are small for some of the ones I seen on here. The one's that get me are my Volume control lights on my wheel and the lights out on half my stereo, I like my stereo, I don't need nothing special too. Other than that for it being 5 years old it pretty clean, bought it from some old old guy who babied it.

drive-by-wire, torque management, no power seats, 4-speed trans.....
and the dumbasses that built the truck installed the bed crooked..... The whole passenger side of the bed is lower than the driver's side, and it drives me insane.... It's a NEW truck!!!!!! And 'great' gm dealer service ( they blamed the bed problem on the fact that I lowered the truck)

Turbo continues to smoke occasionally, whenever it feels like it
6 year old clear coat is beginning to oxidize on the back of the cab
Numerous rock chips and scratches
Coating on my wheels is damaged
Ran over some road paint awhile ago and now have paint spray on the lower part of the truck on the passenger side
Large dent in the rear driver's side door
Did have an oil leak for a long time, but I think I finally figured out that the dipstick tube was loose
Cool new hat doesn't keep my ears warm

1) Chevy Lean... even after the TSB install.
2) After lowering the rear axle is no longer centered.
3) Getting 20" GM rims to balance... guess I need to road force them and see what happens.
4) Intermittant throttle body connector issues... causing Reduced Engine Power.
5) Wax protected frame is downright DANGEROUS for slip when using a jack... attracts dirt... small pebbles like to stick to it... small pieces of this **** like to fall off the frame... and then get tracked into my house.

I had this, sounded like it was coming from the footwell areas under the dash. Finally tracked it down to the heat sheilds that attach to the bottom corner of the firewall. They had worked themselves loose over time.

1) Previous owner had roll up bed cover and the mounting rails put 6 mark on the top of the bed rails.. need to pull the plastic drop in liner and get it line-x'd to cover them up.
2) Every piece of plastic in the interior seems to rattle
3) CSK FTW!!!
4) My pass. door speaker is blown and the driver is soon behind it.
5) Lights for the A/C controls are all out
6) Lots of rock chips in hood make me want to get an HD hood
7) Between the 20" wheels, KYB Monomax shocks and drop shackles it rides pretty damn rough if the road is not decently smooth
8) Have parts in boxes to install but no time or money for the rest of the stuff needed to install (mainly a new tune)
and the worst....
6) As of Monday during the ice storm: a lady pulled out in front of me, I braked and slid into the curb and rashed half the lip of my 20" vho and a new one is like $500 bucks. Ph yeah and the dickweed drove away like nothing happened.
