Default Why a SRT-10...

Took my Company Truck to the Dodge Dealer For Servise Saw a Srt-10 on the the show room Floor and the Sticker on it was $47.000....How can you buy that Truck For anything other than whats under the hood...And even that Dont Really impress me..It Takes all that truck has not to get Wasted buy a $36,000 Lighting put a Few Bucks in the Ford And is Bye-Bye Srt-10.....Or a Radix on a new Silverado SS....I know I have heard all kinds of things the Srt-10 has holding it Back but come on $50,000
Even the Salesmen told me the Srt-4 neon with a Stage 2 chip Could run with it and they had one for 28,000 And it was a Custom Car Rims and All
So Tell me Dodge guys " Wheres the Beef " But thats just what i think and what do i know...

the SRT-10 will smoke the **** out of a lightning IF the person driving knows what they're doing. the thing is on 20" wheels and STREET TIRES for crying out loud. put one on stock ram 16" wheels with a set of slicks and see how it runs. i'm not a fan of the dodge company, or ford for that matter. but the SRT-10 is a pretty nice automobile.

I like the look of the truck and the fact that it has a V-10 but it getting whipped by a ford lightning with minor mods and a radix powered ss is just pathetic. Also the SRT-4 with a stage II chip running with it??????? What the hell, do the salesmen just not want to sell any? Also if the HEMI is so freaking good why didn't the SRT team make the viper engine with hemispherical cylinders????????

the Salesmen Probly dont think they Can Sell them.......Its just a Toy From my point of view i dont think you can Daily drive it...Maybe but in Rain i dont think so im not trying to say i Would Rather have a Ford......Dont see it like that and i know it has 22s and Proably needs Drag slicks to Get a Good jump on the Street but hell at $48,000 the only thing it Should need is a Driver...

You guys can rag on that SRT all you want, but I'd damn sure rather have one of those than any GM truck right now. I saw a black one at a showroom here in Houston and it looked TOUGH. With heads/cam/headers, those Viper engines are pushing 600 rwhp. Add a bottle and go smackdown anything with a bed that can tow too.

Chevy SSR is a cool truck, but way under potential. It should have come with an all-aluminum 6.0L and a hardtop option, under $30K.
