Default Wide 20" tires

I was wondering if anyone is running 305/50/20 or 295/50/20 on an oem wheel? I like my 275/55/20's but i think wider would be nicer and i don't want to gain any height. also has anyone tried the Hankook Ventus ST RHO6 or the Nitto NT420S tires?

Can't say anything bad about my Hankook Ventus ST RHO6.

I've got the Hankooks in 275/55/20 and really like them so far. They seem to have pretty good traction behind the Radix.

How about 285/50-20's on Joe Gibbs wheels? Not exactly an OEM wheel, but GM approved, and the tires are "only" 31" tall, compared to 32" (I think) of say a 275/55...

I got 285/50-20 General Grabber UHP's on my SS wheels and they are a perfect size for a 8.5" wide wheel, IMO. I like the width and the height isn't too tall.

I'm running 305/35/20 Nitto 555R's on stock NNBS , so the 305 part won't be a problem.

305/35 on OEM rims...what width is the rim? Dont they need to be at leat 9 or 9.5 inches wide? I'm running Toyo Proxes II 305/50/20 on AMR RT-S. Had Falken Zeix 305/50/20 before these. Ull have some slight rubbing on hard turns initially, but u can let it wear or do some minor trimming of the plastic. R/

No problem with using a 305/50R20 on a stock 20 inch wheel.
