Will a Yukon front bumper bolt onto a truck frame?

So, since the hit and run on my front bumper I need to replace it. Since the 03-07 yukon's used the same front end as the 99-02 trucks I'm wondering are all the frame attachment points and whatnot identical? Thanks!
