window tint 50% or 35%
VA is stupid and only allows 50% the legal limit.......would i just be wasting my money staying with 50% and would it even make a difference.......or should i go with 35% and just hope i don't get a ticket?

In Arkansas 35 is whats legal on the sides and I think 10 on the back
I did 20 on the sides and 0 on the back. Never had anything said...I would think you should be fine with 35. It is almost transparent anyway. 50 would just be silly to waste money on... imo. Take a pretty jerk cop to get you for that small of a difference. He would haft to really dislike you.

Man, I wish we could tint here...no front windows or windshield period They started busting ***** about it real big last year, you get a ticket, and they pull your inspection sticker and you have to get the tint removed and get it re-inspected. We had a slew of cars coming into our shop getting their tint removed from their front windows last year. It's BS if you ask me, you'd think that the authoroties would have bigger fish to fry than guys driving around with tinted windows, but I guess that they'd rather make any easy buck than solve any real problems...OK rant over...

I have limo on my drivers windows and back window over top of factory tint and I have 15% on the extended cab windows. Delaware only allows 72% tint on the front windows and the back windows can be painted black it does not matter on them windows.
I would go for the 35% tint. Live a little
