Windshield Wiper Problems...
It seems I always have the strangest of issues...
My windshield wipers won't return to the full rest position. When turned off they stop about a 1/4 way up the windshield. More or less the same position the go to when the are on. It's irritating to have to see them all the time.
Any ideas?
