My buddy just got done with his SS. He just got it back from the shop and these are his mods AND track time....

2003 Silverado SS with Ram Air intake, cut outs (Plated up because of the Tubo) .212-220 comp cam. 150 wet shot, stage 2 lingeinfeilter heads, 3600 yank, westers tune, STS turbo @ 14psi, descreen MAF, 2/4 lowering, Electric Fans, 26in Lexani's (drag on different tires and rims) shaved tailgate and door handles. 624rwhp 701ftlbs. WTF?? Why don't I know about this truck????

Bah! I want details, details details!! Where does he post at?

Wait, 134mph on only 600rwhp?? That doesn't sound right for a 5000lb truck. 650rwhp should only be getting maybe 120 or so I thought.

Did you have Lyndon tune for that in person??? If so, good for you. After spending $500, he couldnt get my vortech s/c and 43 lb injector setup to move without detonating.

Something's just not adding up. Don't SS's weigh close to 5500 pounds? Would 624hp be enough to push a truck to 134mph traps?

Not even a 5000lb truck could trap that high with just 624rwhp. I'm not sure how it would work if he had 624rwhp throughout his whole run though. Or maybe he was at 624 without the nitrous? Doubtful since Parish barely made that on more boost with a from mount.. I think it takes about that kind of HP to get a F-body that fast. Not a truck.

Something doesn't sound right I agree..
