they dont have to buy them, at least around here in Texas most of the DARE vehicles and sheriff's cars are from raids done on drug smugglers/gang members. we've got a DARE Hummer that's lifted and a tahoe on 24's that were both confiscated by the police during drug raids locally. there's a badass escalade on 28's that Houston PD has at their headquarters downtown. I guess it's just to show the little gangsta kids out there that if they do drugs, their pimp wagons will be taken away
