Default XM Radio

Who all has it ?

I'm putting one in my truck but don't like where the antenna is. I refuse to have it on the roof so 6 inches of wire is hanging out. There has to be a better way.

BTW .. I put mine on the dash on the passenger's side in the very furthest corner away from the drivers seat. I'm thinking the glass mount antenna I got will be/look better on the back corner of the back glass.

I have it in a 99 Tahoe.

I have the XM unit in where my jack is, and the antenna is next to my center brake light.

We love XM radio.

Did our first road trip and it was great.

I don't like the roof antenna, either. I don't like the roof xm antenna or the roof onstar antenna. I bought a silverado LS to avoid the onstar roof antenna that comes standard with the LT.

The antenna on the roof doesn't bother me ... it's the antenna on the roof with a foot of wire trailing that gets to me. I have gone to great lengths to hide wires, and don't want to ruin it with that.
