I was at O'Reillys the other day get mineral oil for the break in on the new engine they only had one pf59 left and the guy behind the counter informed me that the new one is 62 or something like that. Ill look when I get off work I have some in the truck Im driving right now.

the PF59 has been superceeded to the PF46. if you want to keep the tall filter style i'd recomend using the PF61.

PF 61 one thats the one I knew it was a low 60 number

well ****! Pep Boys was all out of PF59's, first time ever I had to buy something other than a Delco filter............and how the hell is my 4 hour oil/filter change doin !?

Ended up with the Purolator equivalent to a PF59 and 6 quarts of Royal Purple 5w-30.
I did notice the RP 5w-30 seemed to be thinner than a 5w-30 Mobil1.

I can never find the tall ones in my area.
