It's condition is so rare now that I doubt it will ever see driving time (except for the stroll between the garage and trailer, vice-versa).

There's also slightly hotter programming, along with the famous (and horribly expensive) ceramic-bladed turbo designed to spool faster than the "normal" GN.
Here's the full list from the GN/T-Type site:
* 245/50/16 front & 255/50/16 rear tires mounted on 16x8 black "honeycomb" wheels
* fender flares on each wheel well
* functional air louvers on the front cowls
* analog instrument cluster with Stewart-Warner gauges
* auxiliary transmission cooler mounted behind the front grille
* "improved" Garrett turbo with ceramic impellers and a custom GNX cover
* "improved" intercooler with serial number
* GNX emblems
* serialized plaque on dashboard
* ladder torque bar and panhard rod for better traction
* GNX graphic differential cover
* "improved" hydraulics in the transmission for firmer shifts
* dual exhaust from cat-back with separate mufflers for each pipe
Previous GN owner here - sure wish I still had it...

Yeah that is why the Grand National appeals to me so much because it's nothing flashy, almost ugly with no sexy curves, but damn those bitches would run especially compared to the competiton of the day. An 87 GNX is def. my top 5 favorite cars of all time.

Everybody knows what GN is now, if you want a real sleeper, then a T type is the way to go. De-badge it, change the hood and no one will know what hit them. I've been looking for one for awhile now to putt around town in, but even those are rapidly climbing in price.
So let me get this straight. There are two GNX's out there with 9miles? Brian has one and I saw one on ebay the other day. You guys are also talking about one that sold a few years ago? How many can there be? If it's the same one, then ****, shouldn't the mileage at least go up from driving on and off the trailer and at shows? Or just moving it around the garage.

Damn, so it's a different car. Wow! So there's one with 9 miles, one with 29 and I saw another that had under 200 miles. Anymore and these low mileage GNX's won't be that rare.
I could only imagine what cars from the 60s would be worth if people knew what they'd be worth. By the time '87 rolled around, people knew to keep them low mileage.

GNs are awesome. I've wanted one for years, but I'll settle for my truck. As far as not driving it, I'd kill the "value" by driving the crap out of it.
I was laughing when the guy was talking about the chalk marks from the factory.
I just painted over the chalk marks in my '86 C10 before dropping the 5.3L b/t the rails.
