well when you do decide to swap to a AWD setup post up a thread. ill never go through the labor of it but the 4wd crowd may want to do it. i dont see a problem with taking a 4wd and making it awd from a denali with the 6spd. if i had extra money id buy a 4wd just to try it.

im guessing the 09+ does...the harness i bought is for Skipperdaddys' truck. he used his vin to get me the harness/part number. those few little things i pointed out is pretty simple stuff. now if so happens i have to repin something ill post it up. im going to try an get a few things done tonight and bring my driveshaft to work to take the slip yoke off and get the new one installed so i hope. im going to make a carrier bearing bracket adapter plate just incase i have to move my front shaft back.

21153 is the u-joint part number i used on the slip yoke to front driveshaft. i also
used it on the rear driveshaft to the pinion yoke bc my truck has 1350 u-joints but the 2 peice i put it is a 1330 u-joint. the part number i have listed is a "conversion u-joint" for the 1330 to 1350. i will updrade to a 1350 driveshaft after everything is worked out. i may do that before i do the new crossmember

ill have my parts today just wont have to install them thanks to the rain and im working late today. thanks to a wonderful bearing thats going out on a main support in the crane. it's going to be a full 12hr day i think if not more.

being that i have a 2 peice dshaft, i dont feel i have a problem with it being shorter. i do not like how it wobbles a little so what im going to do is have the driveshaft shop look at it, and possibly just make me a new driveshaft to make it not wobble. that may be the worst part of this swap. ill keep it updated once i get word from the driveshaft shop
