thanks man, im trying to make it as easy as possible to use this thread. i dont mind getting PM's about whats needed and such, id just rather keep them down for the simple questions like what i could have explained better in this thread.

Kevin, your the one thats been busy as hell buddy! i love the new setup you sent me pics of.

i hope to have this finished by my days off, if so im going make a couple new black marks

i havent even found a wiring diagram for the TCM muchless for the shifter. the shifter has 2 black and 2 white wires, the harness plugs in to your stock one, and it already has the 2 extra prongs already in it. i see everyone says "go here and go there, pay this pay that" im not saying i want it for free, but man im not going to buy credits for a vin i dont have have PLUS for a truck i cant use after this.

Check with 1Bear on here, he seems to be able to find wiring diagrams pretty easy if I understand your problem.

well..i was wondering IF there is a up/down wire that the BCM uses that i could just run power to through my manual buttons and make the truck shift up and down through the button without having to have the BCM reflashed. if thats impossible, like im thinking it is, ill just have the BCM flashed

Your making some good progress, one of the things I was suprised about with the 6-speed is the minimal difference in weight to the 4l60/65. I think its only like 30 lbs!
