YES it works on the 6.2. After getting my Denali back in march i called air aid"we don't make a tube for the 2010 6.2 and don't plan on it". Well good thing my Buddie has a 2008 and i put it on and it fit perfect. The top of the air box is different compared to the 07-08 >09-10s the way the maf is on the end so that is probably why they figured they would not fit. Mine has been fine no issues the pcv hose is fine its just a piece of rubber hose.
