I think some of these NNBS trucks like to eat batterys. Mine has had 2 so far. If i let it sit a week or two the damn thing is dead.

My shop sells interstate and duracell. I just replaced the original delco battery with a Duracell (ill get the number to marrow). The delco was starting to get weak if it sat for more then a couple days. I've always been partial to interstate batteries but the quality\reliability has went down and they get real shitty when you tell them it's a warranty battery. I've replaced a ton of duralast batteries and wouldn't put those in any thing pure junk imho. We've had duracells for while now and haven't had to warranty any And I'm happy with the 1i put in my truck.

Red Top optimas. I've got dual optimas in mine with a ohio generator 200 amp alternator. My optimas are 10 years old and the same 2 batteries have been through several different trucks of mine and still going strong.

red tops are junk now.

if your interested in some really high quality batteries that are amazing for the price, check out "XS Power" brand. they are mainly for car audio gurus but you don't have to get the top of the line one.

I was thinking interstate since I know a guy that sells em but never really messed with em. I have had optimas in the past with good luck but all I hear now is that they are junk. Have also used napa batteries and one went dead in 6 months had it replaced and that one lasted a year. Got the most expensive duralast and its been nothing but problems. BTW these were all on previous vehicles. Maybe I just got shitty luck with batteries. Im a mechanic so I usually check the whole charging system when I lose a battery and thats why im trying to see what others are having luck with. I knew energizer made batteries but not duracell. At least not for automotive use lol.
