they pull the tranny for the rear seal
they drop the beam under the engine to change the oil pan gasket..but they actually change the whole oil pan

 

The rear main on my 6.0L has been leaking since I bought the truck new... dealer has troubleshot down to the rear main seal every time. Needless to say more than one dealer hasnt been able to fix it and I'm tired of messing with it so leak it shall be.

didnt somebody on here have their truck bought back from dealership through lemon law because of that rear main leaking? Maybe it was a different forum. Its a definitely something to have looked at.
