welp got a great deal on the head work..so thatll be finished up next week.
my new intake should be getting p&p along with my 90mm TB...so i cant wait to get those back in my hands.

ill be running an 11:1 compression on a stock head gasket an ARP head bolts tq'd to 75 ft lbs vs the 70 ft lbs ARP calls for.

im going to be upgrading to a 3400 stall an 4:10s so we'll see how this CC likes the new breathing power.

23x/24x .6xx .6xx 112+3 ;) ill letcha know after its cut an we dont make anymore changes.

That cam is going in a 5.3 right?

03chevyroyce 02-23-2010 08:52 PM

i have a stupid question here, but what is the advantage of sodium filled valves?

1slow01Z71 02-23-2010 08:54 PM

Lighter, better valve control without having ot use stout double springs for a high revving motor.
