Default 08 RCSB 4x4 VS. 08 ECSB 4x4

So here's the deal, I thought I had made my decision on my next truck. I've started looking at NNBS RCSB 5.3L 4x4s. The more I look, the more I start to think I may want to go with an ECSB. I would get the shortest available box, and the same drivetrain, 5.3L 4x4. My question is this, how much heavier is the ECSB than a RCSB? I've done some searching but haven't seen much as far as comparisons. My plan is to lower the truck a little, and do just about every bolt on, and the truck will be a tow vehicle. I've been told around 15.3-15.6 1/4 mile ETs for a stock RCSB with 3.73s. How much slower would an ECSB be, because of the weight? My goal is, at least for now, is to get whatever truck i have, into the low 14s, maybe squeak into the high 13s. How realistic am I being here?

If i'm looking at ECSB, should i go for a 6.0? What's the difference in Mileage from the 5.3 to the 6.0?

Default rcsb

I've heard of a couple of trucks here in houston going mid 13 with just bolt-ons. I have not personally seen, if true, I think it is possible to get into the high 13's with an extended cab.

Your looking at another 400lbs of weight, or a good 4/10 sec slower in the 1/4 mile.

Are you running stock Trans? I'm wondering if I could hit around 14.2 with a
4x4 and 3.73 gears...

You may want to look at the whole picture. What are you going to be using your truck for? Do you have children or any reason that you would need the extra space of a ext cab. If I were you I would go with the ext cab.

I guess at this point I'd just like someone to chime in with an NNBS ECSB 5.3 4x4, with some bolts on, and what they run. Ideally I'd like to have the EC for convenience, but I don't want to end up with a truck that's got a lot of bolt-ons, and is still running high 14s...
