gnasty -

judging by some other posts of what use to be done to your truck, I would say someone probably had a wideband in there

Its because your Y-pipe was too close to the frame rail. The sensor would have been rubbing.

I have to find a way to get it in there. They do full emissions inspection in Germany, and I am sure that would get me to fail.

You just tune it out and nobody will know the difference. Like said before, even if you put it back in, you will have to tune it out, because otherwise it will still throw a code.

Kind of what I was thinking. I'll give it a shot. If it works then great. Maybe someday I can get it tuned out. I'd really like to get the truck tuned anyway. Everyone claims these trucks come to life with a tune. I'd like to see for myself.

When I had my Camaro it also had LT's, but no full "tune". I was able to pay a tuner $50, just to shut off the codes for emissions. Oh, and it passed TX inspection just fine. They were also willing to take that $50, off of the tune I would have gotten, had I not picked up my truck... My truck is much happier with a tune, trust me.

This was also with no sniffer, what do you guys think the outcome will be on that?

Damn... Anything that could remedy that? Without going back to stock of course...
