One piece style - Murray 37960 at Oreilly Auto Parts. Made by Motorad. around $30.
Two piece style. SLP 100228 sold on Amazon. Search Amazon for it.

Ive had the hyrpertech powerstat which is nothing but a motorad in my truck for quite a while and never had any issues with it... Actually kept it when i did the swap!!!
