I just received the parts (ground force spindles and 2.5" shackles) to lower my folk's '12 crew cab. The 2.5" shackles came with new u-bolts, center pins and 2.5* wedges. Have any of you used this particular shackle kit and are the new center pins absolutely necessary to fit the wedges?

Are you referring to the rears?

You're gonna need more than a few inches of travel. McGaughys sells replacement bump stops... they are only about 3/8" thick... buy those or trim your's down to about that

anybody's shocks bottoming out with 2" shackles and blocks removed??
i guess they are getting worn. anybody running shock extenders?
