I took mine off, the long one above the glove box and the u-shpaed one around the hvac and radio.
no biggie didn't break anything.

i just want the avalanche trim its all brushed aluminum looking.
This woodgrains gotta go.

I actually swapped all of my woodgrain in the denali to the brushed.

That looks a lot cleaner. One of these days I would like to get some hydro dipping done but it still seems pretty spendy.

I agree looks alot better, my woodgrain has to go .......for 2012 LTZ trucks with ebony interior they dont use woodgrain anymore but as GM literature calls it " brushed metal" trim ........assume the same as those here calling it Brushed aluminum

Question : in my LTZ truck and others with woodgrain the center vent trim is a" brushed metal" ........ for those that have switched to the brushed alum from other models does it match the center vent .........or did you change that too ??

what models came with this brushed metalor alum trim ?

I believe the new "All terrain" models came with the brushed throughout. I noticed it when I test drove one before buying my deanli. Wished the denali came in brushed, the woodgrain isnt my favorite.

The z71 tahoes and avalanches are all brushed. Switched all of mine steering wheel included, looks so my h better.
