I thought the difference in weight between a crew cab and ext cab both 2wd is only around 50-100 lbs. I remember seeing this on edmunds or truck trends website so that might not be the most accurate though.

what i did when i was looking for one was print off the buy/build sheet off the gm site and take it into the dealer. they can run the option codes and find the closest match to what you want. i had to get mine out of oklahoma, and im in kansas city. all we had on the lot was 4wd. i was 2 days past the cut off date for ordering a 2010, so the options i wanted had to be waived to a degree. 4 options i wanted i didn't get.

IIRC the CC is 300lbs heavier than the Excab.

Can't order 4:10's if you could my 11 would have them. The deepest you can get are 3:73's and they are only available with the NHT max trailering package. When that option is added the HD suspension is also forced.

Source.

I'm either doing 4:10's or 4:56's in mine also. It needs just a few hundred extra rpm to keep it from downshifting to fifth on minor grades. I've had 4:10's in all my rides and they never disappointed.
