I just completed my gear swap..i went from 3.42's to 4.56's since i run the T-56...i got my gears from rons machine shop and they seem to work very well...i just put my tru trac in a few months ago so i didnt see any reason to change my carrier bearings( but i did check them while it was apart)..but i did install new front and rear bearings and races on the pinion(picked up at O'reillys)..i also shimmed my pinion two thousands deep for the extra strength..other than that the shims, crush sleeve, pinion seal, and marking paint is all i needed..of course some good LSD lube...be carefull with the preload on the pinion bearings..to tight with equal disaster and to loose with equal the same.

I think he meant enough difference between the two, to make it worth the hassle of switching both front and rear?

so does anybody have the number to rons machine shop, or web page?

IMO 3.73 to 4.10s isn't worth the money.
