Just had mine inspected 2 weeks ago. 6.0, long tubes, no cats, Magnacharger. The rear 02 has been tuned out. No issues with inspection

Gona get the Truck inspected before I install the headers so it will give me a year in case I have to sort anything out. Doubt I'll have any trouble. Don't like the hardware or gaskets that came with the Kooks so I'll reuse the stock gasket if they are still good. I saw somewhere someone used studs and nuts in place of bolts. Sounds like a better idea than the bolts. Was also going to pick up some wider band clamps instead of using the 1" clamps. Anyone using any sealant on the Y-pipe connections?

So to anyone who has deleted this 3rd cat/resonator, is there ant CEL lights that come on associated with the delete? I have a tune, but would need to know in advance so i could have the CEL turned off in the tune.

Cats who needs cats lol. A certain truck i know has no cats and does just fine passing inspection for the last couple of yrs. Yes cat codes can be turned off as this truck is a 2010 5.3 that had a 3rd cat.
