I think I'm just going to stick with the 4.8 and hit it with so some juice does any one know how much timing needs to be pulled to run 150 shot and will I need bigger injectors and what's kind of fuel pump would you guys recommend

wet kit is the way to go.....less injector needed, and less full pump. the only way i see you maxing out your injectors is if the truck is head/cam/cai already.

rule of thumb on timing is 7-8* then read the plugs and go from there. log that thing till you get a full 150 shot in it. i recommend a wideband before spraying...

The reason I ask is bc when it first got tuned I sprayed it with a 100 shot during a race for 5 seconds max then after the race I noticed I was missing so when I got home I pulled all the spark plugs and I melted almost of of them so I changed spark plugs and haven't touched the juice since would that be not enough fuel that caused that or to much timing

Go with a 6.0 or 6.2 and you can have all the fun you want with the spray...or melted spark plugs.

You can get a LY6 or L96 pretty cheap at junk yards
