5.3 & 7.0 questions

I have an 09 silverado non flex fuel 5.3 will anything of an 07 z06 fit? like injectors, tb? anything?

My buddy is letting his car go back.. So pretty much anything i can swap over i can have for pretty much free. Just tryin to get an exact idea of what all i can swap over.
