Default 6.2 bolt up to 4L70e?

Does anyone know if I will have any problems bolting a 6.2 up to a 4L70e? I know I will be looking at performance issues with it once I start upgrading and I may even go to the 6L90e swap later but for now I just need to know will it bolt up and does anyone know of any definite problems I will have?
