Pat G's spec included the 7.425 as I'm running stock head gasket and the head is NOT milled. I believe this is the length I have seen on other swaps on this engine as well.

As for the wideband, that brings up a couple more questions, hopefully this doesn't sound stupid but...

The truck has 4 O2 sensors, my understanding is the back two are "turned off" to prevent throwing a code due to the LTs, is "turned off" a true statement? If they are "turned off" could I just remove a stock rear O2 sensor and throw the wideband O2 sensor in that bung? I'm not opposed to drilling a hole in the header y pipe and having a bung welded in by any means and I plan to go that route just to avoid any issues with the stock sensor wiring or anything but for my own understanding of the "turned off" idea of the rear 2 O2 sensors within the tuning I wondering.

Second question:
Aeroforce Interceptor with wideband kit - Think its worth the cost or should I just get a regular AEM wideband?

i was more curious than anything else on the pr length.

put the wideband pre cat, not post. post will skew the final readings. i just had a bung installed in the drivers side header collector as to not bother with the rear 02's as they are post cats.

the biggest pain in the *** i had was setting the cam/crank gears dot to dot. took about 4 tries to get it set. also, pay very close attention to the directions on the cam phaser limiter kit from comp. check out the vvt sticky at the top of the forum as well.

You want the wideband before the cat not after. After will mess up the readings.

I have thought about selling most my gauges and just going with a single Aeroforce myself. Haven't looked to far into it yet but personally it seems like you could get all your info in one gauge and keep it more stealth.

I have the AEM right now though and love it, no complaints.
