Default 6l80 going out need options

So i have a 2013 silverado rcsb 5.3 z71 with a whipple on it(14psi), meth, ls9 cam, exhaust, circle d tc 3k etc. and im having a problem with the trans in 2wd its fine but in 4wd it slips so bad going from 1-2 and 2-3 before i overfilled it wouldnt even go from 1-2 on wot. i added a qt now it does, first i thought it was a tuning issue but then i found out it has 3.08 gears plus my heavy 20" replicas probably killed the trans so what the best option 4l80? 6l90? Build the 6l80? I cant send it somewhere im from mexico it makes it complicated.

Id say get a built tranny either get the 6l80 built or order a built 4l80 just not sure how you'd go about getting your 6l80 rebuilt in Mexico or how difficult it would be to have a 4l80 that's already built from a reputable builder shipped to you

there is no way I would go from a 6l80e to a 4l80e. That's just me though. 4l80e plus 3.08 gears will having you set the truck on fire. I would get a little more beefed up 6l80e and call it good. Also have the tune looked at, ive seen 6l80es hold 700rwhp stock.

I have no idea never bin on a dyno , not big power tho nothing compared to turbo trucks and this 5.3 was low on power to begin with. im guessing 500 crank?? 0-60 4.5s ,1/4 13.5 at 110mph at 6800 alltitude i think what really slows it down is the gears and the big wheels , it felt fast the first couple lf weeks now it just feels slow

Thats what i think to i really dont wanna mess with gears specially on a 4wd so yeah Does anyone sell a mild build kit for 6l80e? And also it could be the tune but id like not to think so becuase my tuner did everything on my truck and did a great job

Stick with the 6l80, 90 would require driveshafts possibly a new transfer case and modifying the crossmember. Makes no sense it works fine in 2wdbut acts up in 4, you sure the trans isacting up and not clutches in the transfer case slipping? Sounds like the pump is going out or the 2-6 piston is leaking or possibly a stuck/leaking valve or checkball in the valve body....

It works in 2wd i think becuase it blows the tires of in 1st and 2nd and sometimes even 3rd these truck have zero weight transfer lol so the there is a lot less stress on the trans then in 4wd ,Idk what to do i can drive the truck normally with no issues except it falls out of 3rd sometimes at like half throttle
