Default Add XM to '09?

I want to add XM to my '09 Silverado. I am getting tired of my current FM modulated setup- but it still sounds better than using the front panel input on the radio. What all is required? Just the tuner module and a harness ( and an antenna, of course). My truck is a freak that doesnt have XM or On-Star, but it has the XM compatible MP3 radio.

the front panel input sounds bad? you need to play with the volume on your device then. Mine sounded perfect with the aux input.

My aux input seems to pick up alot of noise. Even with my XM turned all the way up, the modulator still comes in stronger.

Might be a crappy cable. I had one like that. You might just need a noise filter on the cable too.
