Are there any gains to he maid on an 2011 6.2? Also does it make alot more cab noise like my Volant system does? I am going to get the drop in filter for sure just do not know about the gains from the tube.

I remember reading an independent test, and it showed that a K&N filter(or other drop in) in the stock box with a MIT made the most power over all the CAI's and other intake mods out there.

The tube alone generates alot of noise like a open filter set up. You'll see how big the intake baffles are on the stock tube(pretty big). I did the tube and oiless filter, and this was first mod I did to the truck with nothing else, the truck was actually a little sluggish afterwards but I actually picked up .5-1 mpg gallon with city driving. Once I got the truck tuned the sluggishness was gone. You'll most likely benefit from a tune aswell after you install it.
