I used the Bell Tech struts and spindles, 4 inch drop, and had to use the off-set bushings.

Nope. the Belltech's at least are front only control arm bushings or cams.

Part # 4955 for the bushings, 4951 for the cams.

I'm sure Energy suspension, or Prothane or somebody offers sway bar bushings.
