not saying this is what is exactly wrong, but its possible you fouled out the o2 sensors when you drove with open headers. the o2's were probably seeing fresh air and told the computer to dump a TON of fuel. try putting in new o2's. if you dont want to pay for new ones maybe just swap some from a truck thats known to have good ones.

lack of power across the board. swapped them back about 15 mins later and it was back to normal. i didn't log it when i did the plug swap, but it was a noticeable difference in the butt

No we have a really good dealership and promised there would be no warranty issues so they have had it for couple days since I been outta state. They are going to flash stock tune back in with new O2s and plugs and try it. Were still trying though!! I just hate it because I tlked this guy into the headers and now problems problems. Im still hung up thinkn it has to be O2 problems because it runs like a raped ape at WOT!! But we gonna c!
