Default Any 4.8/5.3s with upgeaded intake mannys?

Anyone here running a different aftermarket intake? Like the vic jr, F.A.S.T, ect...... on a 4.8L or 5.3L?

On a 4.8/5.3 I really don't think there is anything to gain by upgrading the intake, many guys gripe about loosing low end power when swapping intakes.

The dyno chart is on page 5, it shows the LSXRT intake does not have any gain (vs the stock intake) until about 3800rpm. On a daily driver....you would feel no gain on the butt dyno unless your like me and 6000rpm is part of your daily driving routine.

Yeah its more of a weekend toy now plus we spin it up to 7200rpms (4.8L) we kinda wanna lean towards the Vic Jr since its going to receive a 200 shot
