The headers are awesome! I just saw tonight though that when an angle approach or decent the black accordion looking sleeve on the steering shaft rubs one of the primaries...
Has anyone had this issue and how did you fix it? Should I just grind that piece down and repaint?

I think they're broke and you need to give them to me...
On a serious note, I did see another thread here where someone had that same issue. Wasn't sure how they fixed it though, but it's on here.

I heard ARH redesigned the header and/or the problem was with earlier model year trucks. Either way I decided not to mess with it and got Kooks 1 7/8" instead. Plenty of clearance.
I believe one guy did replace the bolt with one that had a smaller head to get them to work.
