I have one and I love it as much as the one I had on my Titan...I do have a slight vibration but its probably from something I did on install, I am not a mechanic.

Sound wise, its deep and authoritive. As for power gains, my butt dyno says defintely gained a few ponies.

The Banks systems have always had a "quality" sound on pretty much everything I've heard. I wouldn't hesitate to run one...

system sounds great and was easy to install and if I didn't do it in the dark the first time I would have done it right the first time.

Slo Scooter, thought I recognized your name.

The only draw back to the Banks that I know is it kills low end power, at least it did on the Titan, which has tons of low end torque. But sounds wise, on the Titan, there's nothing better. People know when you're coming.

Yeah it did on the titan and I had two of those, but on the GMC it doesn't seem to. I can't wait to get tuned. I would have bought another Titan but with them being made by Dodge next year it didn't seem like a smart thing to do.

Very happy with the GMC and tons of parts and support unlike the Titan.

I've heard they resonate on the titan, My buddy's does, but swapping the tip to a zoomer fixes that.

You can't have all the noise without some residual issue like drone. The drone never bothered me, I actually liked it.

The one on my truck just purrs no drone. The only thing I hate about it is when the v4 mode gets in on cruise some times it sounds like its struggling for fuel but thats the truck and not the exhaust. After i get it tuned I won't have that problem anymore cause I am going to have the v4 shut off by wheatley.

I am very Interested in this setup. I know with the size of the pipe and the flow of the muffler you loose a little back compression but you have not noticed a loss of the line? My bone stock truck seems so slow and restricted off the line. SloScotter do you have a CAI yet or are you running stock? ...and have you noticed any MPG gains or loss?

What does a custom tune cost for these trucks and what is the process.

I have LT1 Edit for my Camaro and have had a custom tune which I uploaded myself.

Thanks Guys!
