Sorry for thread jacking. I have a K&N CAI and I like it, although it was a pain to install. The actual work to install it was simple, but their instructions SUCK so you dont know which nuts and bolts to use.

anyways, i complained to them about it and also the fact that the intake heat sheild was bent during shipping. they sent me a brand new one but i ended up just bending the original back and installing it. if anyone wants the K&N heat shield, brand new, $50

I did the airaid jr kit on my 2011 6.2. Cut out the fender opening,filter and the inlet pipe.

Volant all the way. We did one with a ram scoop from the bumper on his 5.3, its nice still quite with good roar. I did a K&N on my Denali. Sounds a bit quiter but about the same notice.

Most people don't dyno before and after a CAI. Dyno testing is generally not cheap.
