Default Building the HD prerunner bumper

After installing my king shocks ive been jumping this thing alot and the face keeps breaking so it BROKE

here are some pics of the before and building process and the result
BEFORE


Building in progress

Closing the GAP


Making support so it doesnt go in if an accident is involved






Done with the support now is fabrication work


















Now is the Skid plate which is 4mm GI

The Sheet just arrived


Was in University didnt see the process in making the Plate but here it is after some work dont to it






DONE but will go for powder coat in 2 months , temporary matt black paint



Hope you guys enjoyed , more pics will be posted after I black out the whole truck from front

Looks great !! I do that type of work myself and it really trips me out to see your shop setup half way across the world with alot of the same U.S tools I use..The guys wearing sandals is priceless..

From what they show on the news and other media here in the USA , I wouldn't think anyone is interested in aftermarket/modding thier vehicles...A few of you guys on the site from UAE proved different..Keep up the good work

I liked the guy covered head to toe to work but is in sandals. Apparently he has never had a cherry from the welding slag get between his toes

You should try working in sandals , you will do a better job than in shoes because you work freely
