Thats cool. I actually want to get rid of my throttle body spacer because it is such a pain to get the filter off. I actually had some trouble with the MAF getting too close to the throttle blade too which threw it into limp mode. I just can't find the original throttle body bolts

Yes that does help, true dyno numbers are what I want, it's ok if it doesn't look like 400$ as long as it give the hp. Thanks guys, I guess I will know why difference it makes in the 1/8. I also have headers that I've had for 2 months I haven't got a chance to get on! I'm anxious about that as well! Again thanks!

IMO for anything with the two screw MAF, your best bet is trimming the airbox, putting a drop in filter in it, and putting the airraid tube on it. Around 180$...

Yeah bro read some ugly things about the vararam, just get the airaid jr kit, got mine yesterday and cant wait to install it but its snowing here :/

k&n drop in. air aid mit. done.

90% of the population isn't going to out run the stock air box in terms of air flow. even then there is some things that can be done to it to increase the flow.

id spend that money in some other place. imho.

fwiw, you can run 12's on the stock box.

I just took my vararam off and went with the airaid MIT and filter as the vararam was costing me at least 1 mpg in fuel mileage. I think it has to do with the vararam pushing so much air into the intake that it must add fuel as well to keep from leaning out.

If anyone want's a very lightly used vararam I sell it for $200 shipped to your door.

An a cheap 4" tubing setup with a 25.00 4" cone filter. As you can tell my 75.00 setup doesnt kill any kind of mph nor e.t

People with the 2bolt MAFs can't do that as easily.
