Default Cam/converter question 07 nnbs 5.3

I've been searching for a month trying to find the right cam for my truck. So i figured I would just post what I found and see if I can get any feedback. I called TSP today and got some info and was wanting to see what you guys thought about it. They said to run the TSP224/224 581/581 112 with a 3200 Yank truck thruster and 373's. I got back home tonight and got on Yank's site to order it being it was 100 bucks cheaper to order it there under there daily specials but im not finding a 3200 just a 3000. I have no idea if 200 rpm will make much of a difference but wanted some feedback before I ordered it. Truck is just for fun and I have another vehicle that I dd. Wanting to eventually go FI but for now just going to do a little spray till I get the funds together for that. Thanks in advance

too much cam for a 5.3 with only a 3200 an 3:73s.

also the yank TT only goes to 3000. if you want a 3200 then circle d is your best bet for the price.

224 cam needs a 3400-3600 converter with 4:10-4:30s

I would call and get a custom grind, I personally will use Vengeance racing. Why? Because I've seen there cams do work first hand, buddy has the fastest "Cam Only" TBSS in the country he set the record with their VRX3 cam and then had a custom grind and cut another .4 off his time. But I guess having Ron's personal cell phone # and chat with him on a reg swayed me too Hes a great guy and very down to earth, IMO VRD is the best of the best. The ls9 cam makes good power and drives well with the stock converter.

If you want to run a 11" 3200 rpm converter I wouldn't go bigger than a 220 cam..

I actually have a single bolt 220/.581 cam for sale for 275 shipped..
