CAM question

i have an 07 silverado 5.3 i know i have to disable the afm but what else do i have to do to install a cam?

you gotta change the lifters also which means pulling the heads. you dont HAVE to but its definately advised. also gotta get a new cam sprocket. do a search and it should come up with info.
