Hell yes!!

Drop down to 65 on your ride home and see what it gets. Just for a tank. I think you'll be impressed.

For what it's worth his cam has -8* of overlap which is enough to give it a nice healthy but clean lope in a 5.3.

What kind of gas mileage are yall guys getting? Feel like when I pump full tank of gas, it not lasting me very long and I'm barely driving around. Haven't calculated MPG yet but I know it bad by just how fast my gas meter goes down . Should I go e85?

E85 will just make your problem worse. Cam and converter will drop your mileage like a rock, especially if the converter is loose. That only applies to city driving, on the highway, you might have gotten a little bump in fuel mileage if your cam makes more power under the curve that you had before.

My 02 5.3 went from 14/17 to 11/19 after my head/cam/exhaust/converter swap.

I have never calculated but I am positive I am in the single digits for mpg.
as for you a 6.2, awd with a cam and converter is not gonna get much for mpg
