trade it in and find one the same color and year and everything! That would be the best bet! IMO.
gotta have: tranny, t-case, shafts, front diff, cut out the old front stuff and get a carrier, most 4x4 are torsion because of the shafts so add in a cross member, keys, torsion bars, i think that is it.....oh and somebody who can fab it all up cause i dont think it will bolt in?
(edit) its a new body so the front end is coil spring so im not real sure about the whole torsion bar and shafts???
Or just go SFA and do it big!

this topic is always brought up, new driveshafts, someone good with wiring to wire it in to look factory, too much work unless your doing a sfa,

Do what I did,
traded my 07 2wd for 08 4wd, they are giving trucks away these days as well

there's no tosion bars. all the suspensions are the same. so doing this on a GMT900 would be easier than a 800. But still a pain in the *** I'm sure.

Regardless of whether or not it can be done, it just isn't cost-effective. As already mentioned above, you would be much better off just trading up to a 4x4.
