Default Converter help

Hey guys been awhile since i posted but i got my truck back together motor is built now with a converter. I went with a (Blue) Precision stall 3200 triple carbon material but its super loose and stalls around 4600 when fully boosted... i know crazy right. Most ppl i talked to say 0 out desired slip tables then use apply ramp to make lockup smooth did that have gotten help from 2 different really good tuners and they cant seem to get it to drive nice either. While cruising and locked if you roll it slow it unlocks for a sec then relocks and holds lock until i let off again. Also in 6th say up a small hill i start to roll it to maintain speed and it will start to buck doing an unlock and lock really fast. Anyone ever experienced anything like this with there truck? Its almost like the zero point for my thottle pedal is off...its not i checked all that. Another thing that has happened is my battery was unplugged for 3 months doing the turbo install and it cleared all the calibration out like Ethanol sensor. My question would be is there anything i missed for recalibrating settings for the trans, i had a dealership buddy do a ethanol zero sensor out and did a case learn for my idle.
