Default converter install then popping noise

I just installed my Yank 3000 stall last night and everything went well but this morning i'm driving to work and i hear this popping noise. It's not too loud but it's loud enough for me to notice and this is not normal. I'm not sure what it is... The steering Wheel shakes bad when im idle and i hear this poping noise when im going real slow and when im roughly 20-25mph. I have no clue at all what this could be.. I hope it nothing serious

Are you sure all 3 bolts were tightened down? Starter loose?

When you put the exhaust back on, is it too close to the frame is hitting it? Crawl under your truck with it idling and hit the exhaust, if it hits the frame theres your problem.

No idea but sounds serious.. I would double check the three flexplate capscrews and the bellhousing bolts as well.. Crossmember bolts? Ujoint caps? I personally would check EACH capscrew.. Never know what you miss...
