looks like a ground issue.... i had the same thing happen to me when i did the motor swap.....a ground was not attached and one was in the wrong place causing it not to make a good connection! If you have taking off any grounds or poss. check grounds on the batt. and fuse block for loose connection!

If that doesnt help then the stealership will have to proccess that one!

thanks for the reply.. thats what i was thinking, but didn't want to take it to the dealer coz i know the dealers here are gonna blame the mods... im taking it to a friends garage tmrw, hopefully find out what the problems are...

anytime something very odd goes wrong think ground, lowslow is right on. You mentioned that the mechanics there aren't very knowledgable on the work they did for you so I'm guessing something didn't go back properly or maybe a ground wasn't tightened good enough and it came loose over time.
