Glad to help!

It really is a great mod and I agree, it's really cheesy of the General not to throw in the $14 switch.

I can't say for sure that it will work on W/T models. You could remove the trim panel to the left of the instrument cluster and check for the wiring harness. It's the panel that has the HVAC vent and the headlight switch. If you have the DIC wiring, it will be plugged into the back of the panel into a dummy connector...look for the wiring that goes to nowhere!

Post some pics when you get it all set up. How exactly does the headlight **** come off? Mine looks as if you can pull the panel off and not mess with the switch itself. I surely don't need to screw it up, it's too new for that.

just curious but if you just by the switch, guess you gotta cut a hole through original panel?

Judging by the way the hole is laid out and the retention tabs that are molded on there to hold the switch, cutting your own hole would not work. You're going to need to buy the correct panel...
