Will Escalade mirrors fit my denali or is it more then just bolt up?

 

Yes they will but you will have a gap where the mirror meets the bottom window seal like this guy

What the heck is the functional difference between denali and escalade mirrors am I missing something. The door itself is 100% identical

 

Yep, they'll bolt up, and since you have the Denali all the electrical connectors will plug in so you won't have to do any extra wiring for the puddle lights to work. I have them (replaced my towing mirrors) and you don't notice the gap at the bottom if you paint all but the chrome. 01WS6/tamu, the Escalade mirrors are painted on top, chrome on the bottom. Can't get that option anywhere else. Not a big deal to most folks I guess.

Actually they are not the same they both share the same door panels but the outer shell is different they have different part numbers I also want the escalade mirrors along with the extra door trim the surrounds the windows on the escalades but did not fit it after talking to the body buys they told me i need the whole escalade to work I didn't like the mirrors with the gap on them but like said above just paint the black section you would not notice as much but I'm picky about that and I just had to pass
